If you want your body to become an efficient fat-burning machine you need to get adequate sleep every night of the week. You must give your body time to rest itself both physically and mentally. If you are feeling tired it's your body's way of saying go to bed! Feeling tired also limits your performance during exercising which is really limiting your fat-burning potential.
