Hi, im 6'3 and 15'3 stone (213 pounds). I started eating healthy and running every night about 3-4 weeks ago, ive lost about 6 pounds, but now im having trouble losing more, like ive hit a plateu or something. I dont have access to a gym. I run a couple of miles every night. I'd like to reach 14 stone. Should i double my run? eat less?

probably both... if you've truly plateaued you should reduce your daily total net calories (food calories minus exercise calories) by 400-500 calories.
