I am a 6'7" (203cm) tall man. I currently weigh 132kg - what should my ideal weight be? I don't look very over weight, just a bit heavy around the middle. Also, if I want to lose weight healthily, how many calories should I eat per day? I feel that a 'normal' diet doesn't allow enough for someone my size.

try counting your calories (food and exercise - there are lots of web sites for this) and reduce your total daily calories (food minus exercise) by 500 calories? Alternatively you could commit to doing an additional 500 calories of exercise each day (1 hour of riding). This assuming of course you are not gaining weight, but maintaining your current weight. also keep in mind that if you go on a "diet" to lose the weight, then revert to your previous habits, you will gain all the weight back over time.
