I have been stuck on a plateau for months. I exercise my a.. off and am seeing zero results on the weight side. As a matter of fact, I have actually started gaining again even though I am keeping my calories under 1750 normally. My weight has stayed at 222 lbs for months. Someone said that my calories might be too low and my protein intake is too low. They could not give me a calorie target but gave me a protein target of 200 grams each day. Does anyone have any information or references where I can research this?

It sounds like you need to reduce your calories by 200-500 calories per day.
