I am 5'2" and 120 pounds. I have a small frame but was a gymnast my whole life so I have a lot of muscle. For the last year and a half I have been working out 4-5 days a week between 60 and 120 minutes a day. I want to lose twelve pounds but can't seem to even lose one. I consume between 1200-1500 gross calories a day. I wear a size 2 but want to fit back into the clothes I wore 3.5 years ago when I was around 108 lbs. Does anyone have any tips on what I am doing wrong?

hey lea, if you're not losing or gaining you would either need to reduce your intake slightly or increase your exercise! also seems possible you could be building muscle. you're doing a lot of exercise already so maybe limit yourself to lower end of your current intake (1200 calories intake max) and continue with your current exercise levels? i can't imagine doing more exercise than you're currently doing being much help though, 1-2 hours is a lot
