I am 87kg and height is 154cm i would like to know how many calories i should be eating a day to lose weight just started to go to a gym 3 days a week

try somewhere between 1200-1600 calories a day and if that doesn't work reduce by 200 calories a day until it does. you should work out how many calories a day you eat already, because if that's in this range then you should take 200-400 off that number.
