Hi, I'm 26years old and have two children. I have started a healthy diet and excercise program of my own about 3 weeks ago. I am eating about 1200 - 1500 calories a day and doing 100sit ups,30lunges,30 squats,10 push ups, 10mins of interval training and a yoga class daily 5 days a week. I eat just right for breakfast, one apple as snack, ham or tuna and salad sandwich with raw carrots or capsicum sticks for lunch 5 raw almonds snack and usually a low fat dinner stir fry or vegies with small amount of mash potatoes. I just want to know if I'm burning enough calories to lose weight with this sort of program? Kind Regards Jo
